Description
If you’re looking for a smooth, relaxed way to explore the Similan Islands, the Lazy Similan Day Trip by Speed Catamaran is just right. This tour is all about enjoying the journey. No rush or early pickups, just stunning views, crystal-clear water, and plenty of time to snorkel, swim, and chill.
Start your day from our private pier in Tuplamu (Khao Lak) and cruise out on a comfortable speed catamaran. A more stable and spacious boat that makes the ride smoother than speedboats, especially for families or those prone to seasickness. You’ll visit the iconic Sailing Rock on Island No.8 (Koh Similan), snorkel at Christmas Point or Namchai Bay on Island No.9 (Koh Ba Ngu), enjoy a beachside lunch on Island No.4 (Koh Miang), and stop for a second snorkel near Island No.5 and No.6.

The Similan Islands close every year for day trips between 15 May - 15 October. This is because the seas are generally too rough to make it a safe trip. Also, the environment has a chance to recover from day trips during high season. Which keeps the Similan Islands beautiful and accessible every year. You can book our Similan Island tours between 15 October - 15 May.
The best time to visit the Similan Islands from Phuket is during the dry season, which typically runs from November to April. During these months, the weather is generally sunny with clear skies, calm seas, and mild temperatures. That makes it ideal for outdoor activities like swimming, snorkeling, and beach hopping.
The Lazy Similan islands tour from Phuket is not suitable for pregnant women, persons over 65 years old and children under 1 year old. If you are in reasonably good condition, the speedboat trip should be fine for you. Please keep in mind that it takes almost 2 hours to reach the Similan islands. Some kids do better than others, but that is a decision you can best make for your own children.
You can cancel your booking for free up until 24 hours in advance of the tour start date. That means you need to cancel no later than 23:59, 2 days before the tour date. We’ll refund you the deposit or you can choose to use it as an advance to a different booking or tour.

Not much to say except: paradise. It was that good. I didn’t want to leave the last island.
Lazy tour was exactly as the name says – easygoing and relaxing. Just the way I like it.
Calm, clean, and beautiful. Great job by the team.
Not your usual rush-rush tour, and I loved that. Plenty of time to snorkel, walk on the beach, or just lay down and soak in the sun. The food was fresh and simple. Crew was kind and explained everything clearly. I would do it again in a second.
