We then head over to Island No. 9 (Koh Ba Ngu) for your first snorkeling session at Christmas Point or Namchai Bay. Enjoy the beautiful underwater life here. You might even see a turtle!
Our next stop is Island No. 4 (Koh Miang). Here you can enjoy a tasty Thai lunch buffet with many different options (halal and vegetarian included). Afterwards you can relax at Princess Bay.
After lunch it's time for the second snorkeling session around Islands No. 5 and 6, known for their rich marine life and coral gardens.
At the end of the afternoon, it's time to board the speed catamaran again for the return trip to Phuket. We depart from the Similan Islands and arrive in Phuket around 90 minutes later.

The Similan Islands close every year for day trips between 15 May - 15 October. This is because the seas are generally too rough to make it a safe trip. Also, the environment has a chance to recover from day trips during high season. Which keeps the Similan Islands beautiful and accessible every year. You can book our Similan Island tours between 15 October - 15 May.
The best time to visit the Similan Islands from Phuket is during the dry season, which typically runs from November to April. During these months, the weather is generally sunny with clear skies, calm seas, and mild temperatures. That makes it ideal for outdoor activities like swimming, snorkeling, and beach hopping.
The Lazy Similan islands tour from Phuket is not suitable for pregnant women, persons over 65 years old and children under 1 year old. If you are in reasonably good condition, the speedboat trip should be fine for you. Please keep in mind that it takes almost 2 hours to reach the Similan islands. Some kids do better than others, but that is a decision you can best make for your own children.

Not your usual rush-rush tour, and I loved that. Plenty of time to snorkel, walk on the beach, or just lay down and soak in the sun. The food was fresh and simple. Crew was kind and explained everything clearly. I would do it again in a second.

I really enjoyed this trip. It was slow paced and gave us time to actually enjoy the views. Not too many people, and the beach was amazing. I swam more than I have in months lol. Recommend it to anyone looking to take it easy.
