The Koh Rok and Koh Haa islands close every year for day trips between 10 May- 14 October. This is because the seas are generally too rough to make it a safe trip. Also, the environment has a chance to recover from day trips during high season. Which keeps the islands beautiful and accessible every year. You can book our Koh Rok tours between 30 October- 9 May.
The best time to visit Koh Rok and Koh Haa from Phuket is during the dry season, which typically runs from November to April. During these months, the weather is generally sunny with clear skies, calm seas, and mild temperatures. That makes it ideal for outdoor activities like swimming, snorkeling, and beach hopping.
The Koh Rok and Koh Haa tour from Phuket is not suitable for pregnant women, persons over 65 years old and children under 1 year old. If you are in reasonably good condition, the speedboat trip should be fine for you. Please keep in mind that it takes almost 2 hours to reach Koh Rok. Some kids do better than others, but that is a decision you can best make for your own children.
