Pickup from your hotel
Please choose your start time during check out. We'll meet you at your hotel or villa for a ride to Hanuman World Phuket. Depending on your location this transfer can take anywhere between 10-45 minutes. We'll send you a more accurate pickup time once your booking is in.
On arrival at the zipline park you will first go through a safety briefing. After that it's time to complete the chosen track at Hanuman World. Enjoy gliding through the jungle!
If you booked a combination package, you can enjoy a delicious Thai set menu in the zipline park. If you booked the zipline-only package, you will be brought back to your hotel straight away.
The tour ends with a return transfer to your hotel or villa on Phuket. Our driver will get you home safely. A day full of memories and views never to forget!

The zipline adventure at Hanuman World is suitable for anyone between 4-70 years old and in reasonable physical condition. However, for safety rules we have a weight limit of 120 kg per person on our zipline.
We have a 100% safety rating because of our top quality Petzl ziplining gear and experienced instructors. We do not compromise on safety, that's why we only use the best equipment from Europe. At the moment that company is called Petzl, which provides us with top notch ziplining gear. Even as a novice zipliner there is nothing to be afraid about.
The zipline tour at Hanuman World runs every day of the year and is actually a great experience when it rains. The jungle looks lush and green and it's one of the best things to do on a rainy day in Phuket.
Yes. Cancelling or moving your booking to another date is free up to 24 hours before the tour starts, and anything you have paid is refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded. If we have to cancel, for example for weather or safety, you can move to another date or take a full refund.
